PixelShack Terms of Service

By uploading any image to PixelShack.com, you must abide by the PixelShack.com Terms of Service. The terms are as follows:

  • No pornographic material of any sort.
  • No image or picture that you do not own/have the right to redistribute.
  • No Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of United States Laws.
  • Any file that isn't allowed.
  • No files that are intended to harass, spam, or promote illegal activities.
  • Images can be viewed by anyone.
  • All files are Copyright to their respective owners.

Don't upload any images that even remotely promote illegal activities. Don't upload anything that has pornographic material in it. Don't upload anything that is under copyright or if it doesn't belong to you. If you or your images are in violation of any of these terms, PixelShack.com will ban you from the site, and if necessary PixelShack.com will contact your ISP and report you to the proper authorities.

PixelShack.com, Charles H. Denault III, and its affiliates do not take responsibility for the images that are hosted on PixelShack.com. PixelShack.com does not own most of these pictures; they have been uploaded by the public. If any images/files hosted on PixelShack.com are in violation of any law, the files owner takes full responsibility.
